Paid upfront for $100 000 worth of electronics to be installed on my gameboat. 5 months later the job was not even close to being done. Always too busy or off doing another job and it just dragged on and on. When challenged on this Richard Docherty said "mate, I just sold you parts, nothing else'. This was after being charged about $10,000 for installation. Unprofessional and untrustworthy.
